These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the “Any i” Services and constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “User” or “Participant”) and Any i Co., Ltd., a Thai limited company with its registered office at 15 Spacelock A Building, 2nd Floor, Soi Pradipat 17, Pradipat Road, Samsen Nai, Phayathai, Bangkok 10400, Thailand (“Any i”). 

By downloading, accessing, or using the Any i application or website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Any i may amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised version, which will become effective upon publication. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and maintaining the latest version of the Any i application. If you do not agree to these Terms, please cease use immediately.

1. Definitions

“Participant Data” means any personal or electronic data you submit to the Any i Services for registration, ticketing, event participation, etc.

“Confidential Information” includes:

1. Any i’s software, source code, or applications;
2. Participant Data;
3. “Content” (as defined below);
4. Any i’s business or technical information designated confidential;
5. Any contractual terms between you and event organizers.

“Content” means any materials—software, documents, images, videos, audio, reports, or other resources—created or provided by Any i, Participants, Organizers, or third parties for the Any i Services.

“Event” means exhibitions, conferences, seminars, trade shows, workshops, or any activity organized or advertised through the Any i Services.

“Force Majeure” means events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, system failures, epidemics, and governmental actions.

“Intellectual Property” includes patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, design rights, and similar rights, whether registered or not.

“Organizer” means any person or entity using the Any i Services to manage Events, including Content publication and promotion.

“Any i Services” means the electronic platform—via website, application, or other media—provided by Any i for event discovery, management, registration, ticketing, and related functions.

2. Compliance with Applicable Laws & Right to Use

2.1 You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Any i Services complies with all applicable local laws.

2.2 You agree to comply with all laws, regulations, and guidelines in your use of the Any i Services and in the transfer of technical data.

2.3 The Any i Services are provided to individuals legally capable of entering contracts. By registering, you represent that you have such legal capacity.

2.4 Any i reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Any i Services at any time, without notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Updates and Modifications

Any i may, at its sole discretion, update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the application, website, or services (including databases, Content, or features) at any time without prior notice.

4. License Grant & Registration

4.1 License Grant

Any i grants Participants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and irrevocable right to use Any i’s services worldwide, free of charge for downloading or installing the application and/or accessing the website or services. However, Any i reserves the right to charge fees for downloads, installations, use of the website or services, or future system features without prior notice.

4.2 Registration Requirements

Before using certain parts of the Any i Services, you must register by providing accurate, reliable, and complete Participant Data—including your name or organization ID, email address, and password—and keep it up to date. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms and may lead to immediate account termination.

4.3 Data Import & Profile Updates

You acknowledge that, upon registration, some of your Participant Data linked to your email may be imported from public profiles on other databases or external apps. After registering or joining an event, your public profile may also be updated with information associated with that email as previously provided.

4.4 Responsibility for User Credentials

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account—whether performed by you, someone you authorize, or not. You must notify Any i immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of the Services or any security breach.

4.5 By installing the Any i application, you consent to receive notifications, messages, emails, and other communications from Any i.

4.6 You agree that Any i may use your registration data to contact you for service-related or promotional purposes.

4.7 Upon successful event registration and ticket purchase, you may receive specific system features under the Organizer’s control, including but not limited to:

4.7.1 Live Q&A: Questions you submit may be publicly displayed along with your registered name; attendees may respond, vote, and comment. Any i does not edit or move questions—they remain at the organizer’s discretion.

4.7.2 Lucky Draw: If a lucky draw feature is enabled, you may be eligible for prizes and your name may be displayed publicly with anonymized details (e.g. masked phone number), per the organizer’s rules. Any i cannot alter outcomes; prize inquiries go to the organizer.

4.7.3 Surveys: You may submit or participate in surveys; data you provide may be used by Any i for analysis and improvement of Services.

4.7.4 Promotional Materials: Organizers may offer promotional materials for you to view/download; Any i bears no responsibility for errors in organizer-supplied content.

4.7.5 Attendee Matchmaking: After registration, your public attendee profile may be exposed to other participants for networking/business matching.

4.7.6 Contact Sharing: Participants attending the Event (regardless of status or purpose of attendance) may exchange or share their contact information with one another. You are solely responsible for providing or authorizing other Participants to receive or access your contact data, as they may use it for any purpose. Any i Co., Ltd. will not be liable for any damage or loss arising from the disclosure of your contact information and details to other Participants.

5) Restrictions

In using the Any i Services, you represent and warrant that you will not:

5.1) Impersonate any person or entity, or use false, misleading, or deceptive information.
5.2) Infringe any other person’s intellectual property rights.
5.3) Use user identification data that is inappropriate, obscene, or pornographic in any way.
5.4) Use data that defames, libels, threatens, intimidates, or unlawfully violates another’s rights.
5.5) Use data that is repulsive or depicts pornography in any form.
5.6) Provide any information or content containing viruses, malware, worms, time bombs, destructive programs, or any other code that may damage, interfere with, block, or take control of any system, data, or personal information.
5.7) Create or access any account belonging to someone else without authorization.
5.8) Store, use, sell, transfer, or commercially or otherwise exploit any data obtained from Any i beyond the intended use of the Any i Services.
5.9) Perform any act that causes or may cause Any i’s, or its third-party providers’, infrastructure to become disproportionately overloaded beyond reasonable capacity, as determined by Any i in its sole discretion.
5.10) Interfere with or disrupt, or attempt to interfere with or disrupt, the proper operation of the Any i Services or any activities conducted in connection therewith.
5.11) Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any measures Any i may use to prevent or limit access to the Any i Services (or any part thereof, including any account, system, or network connected thereto).
5.12) Generate any form of unsolicited automated responses or “spam” on the Any i Services.
5.13) Use automated or manual computer programs, devices, or other processes to “crawl” or “scrape” any page of the Any i website.
5.14) Publish or send commercial electronic messages that are spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or solicit or encourage others to participate in such activities.
5.15) Use other users’ contact information for the purpose of sending unsolicited commercial communications.
5.16) Decompile, disassemble, decrypt, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, ideas, or algorithms underlying any part of the Any i Services, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
5.17) Modify, translate, or create derivative works based on any part of the Any i Services, directly or indirectly.
5.18) Copy, rent, sublicense, sell, or otherwise transfer any rights granted herein, directly or indirectly.

6. Suspension of Services

Any i may suspend or interrupt the Any i Services for maintenance, telecommunications outages, Force Majeure events, or other necessary reasons, without liability for any resulting loss.

7. Mobile Device Access

If you access services via a mobile device, carrier and device information (including your location) may be transmitted to Any i. You bear all costs and obtain all necessary permissions from your mobile carrier.

8. User Content

8.1) Any i makes it possible for Participants, Organizers, and third-party affiliate websites connected to the Services to upload Content; such Content is not private and may be visible to all or a portion of users.

8.2) By submitting Content to or through the Services, you represent and warrant that: (i) you are the sole author of the Content and it is original and not copied, or (ii) you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions (including for copyright, trademark, publicity, and privacy) to use, upload, post, or otherwise exploit the Content in the Services; and (iii) the Content is not defamatory, obscene, or in violation of these Terms.

8.3) By submitting Content, you grant Any i and the relevant Organizer an irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to advertise, display, distribute, reproduce, transfer, publish, use, copy, modify, archive, store, and create derivative works from that Content in any formats or media now known or later developed.

8.4) Subject to the foregoing, you authorize Any i, its affiliates, and its business partners to (i) share your Content on all affiliate websites (using your name or other associated information at Any i’s discretion), and (ii) permit other Participants or Organizers to use and store your Content in Any i’s databases for purposes of other events using the Services.

8.5) All rights granted in this Section are made by you without any requirement that you receive compensation, remuneration, or consideration.

8.6) You acknowledge that the Services include system-specific features allowing Organizers to manage and create Events by generating Event-related Content. Such features enable an Organizer to control that Content—including by excluding you from control—regardless of its source; in uploading Event-related Content, you accept that the Organizer may edit, modify, supplement, remove, or otherwise change such Content without limitation. Any i has no obligation to verify or endorse an Organizer’s identity, authenticity, rights, or ownership, nor is Any i liable for any use of third-party system features.

8.7) As a remedy, Any i may limit, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Services, delay or delete provided Content, and take technical or legal steps to prevent users from accessing the Services if Any i reasonably believes a user is misusing the Services or causing potential liability.

8.8) You may be held responsible for any unlawful or prohibited Content you upload through the Services, including Content that infringes, defames, or is otherwise objectionable.

8.9) The Services are provided to all users under rights-based access, and you agree not to upload, embed, post, transmit, email, broadcast, or otherwise distribute any Content that:

8.9.1) Infringes a third party’s rights, including intellectual property;

8.9.2) Is false, misleading, or deceptive;

8.9.3) Is offensive, obscene, defamatory, threatening, abusive, harassing, vulgar, hateful, or advocates discrimination or violence;

8.9.4) Violates or invades another’s privacy;

8.9.5) Promotes illegal activities or provides instructions for unlawful acts (e.g., building illegal weapons or computer viruses);

8.9.6) Is or promotes unauthorized copies of others’ works or circumvention of copy-protection;

8.9.7) Contains viruses, worms, malware, or other harmful code;

8.9.8) Violates any law, statute, regulation, or third-party rights in any jurisdiction.

8.10) Any i may limit, suspend, or remove any Content or portion thereof if it deems, in its discretion, that such Content violates these Terms.

8.11) Users acknowledge that, due to the volume of Content Any i receives, Any i cannot and will not monitor all Content or materials posted or transmitted by users or third-parties.

8.12) You acknowledge that other users may view and use ideas or information you post, and Any i cannot guarantee they will not use them; if you wish to keep something confidential or proprietary, do not post it.

8.13) You acknowledge that Any i is not responsible for your misuse of Content you upload or post in any forum, comment section, application, or website.

8.14) Any i does not endorse, sponsor, support, promote, monitor, or agree with any Content posted via the Services; such Content reflects only the views and responsibility of the person who posted it, not Any i, and Any i has no liability in connection with such Content.

9. Third-Party Websites

The Any i Services may link to third-party websites or services that are not controlled by Any i. Any i is not responsible for their content, accuracy, legality, or any damages arising from their use.

10. Confidentiality

Each party shall keep the other’s Confidential Information secret and use it only to fulfill these Terms. Exceptions include information that is public, already known, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law. These obligations survive termination.

11. Term & Termination

11.1 These Terms remain in effect while you use the Any i Services. You may terminate your account at any time by notifying Any i. Any i may also terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, effective immediately. Upon termination, unpaid fees are forfeited and Any i may delete your account data.

11.2 Fees paid are non-refundable.

11.3 Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, indemnification, and liability survive termination.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Any i, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Any i Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms supersede all prior agreements between you and Any i. Invalid provisions will be severed without affecting the remainder.

13.2 Audit: You may be subject to compliance audits at Any i’s request.

13.3 Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations without Any i’s written consent.

13.4 Waiver: Any delay or failure by Any i to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.

13.5 Language: These Terms are drafted in Thai and English; the English version governs in case of conflict.
